AI MESSENGER: the company that provides the service.

Service: the AI MESSENGER service that provides access to Chatbot via our API.

User: any person who accesses the Service.

Chatbot: a powerful natural language processing tool that enables the Service to provide accurate and fast responses to user requests.

API: the Application Programming Interface that allows the integration of Chatbot into the Service.

Whatsapp: the instant messaging application owned by Facebook Inc.

Telegram: the instant messaging application owned by Telegram Messenger LLP.

Subscription to the Service

Anyone with access to Whatsapp, Telegram, or Siri can subscribe to our service. To subscribe, simply visit the AI MESSENGER website. Subscribing grants you access to all the features included in your chosen plan.

The minimum subscription period is one month, with automatic renewal unless the user decides to cancel. We also offer a 7-day trial period for $1 to new subscribers, allowing them to explore the service. This trial offer is limited to once per person.

Pricing

Our prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The subscription plan includes a 7-day trial period for $1. The monthly subscription fee is $39.90, providing access to the service on two applications (Whatsapp and Telegram), with unlimited text messaging, voice notes, image viewing, and external links.

Cancellation

Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@gpt-messenger.io

Payment for the service is made via automatic debit from the user's bank account or credit card.

Users agree to adhere to the service's terms of use, not to use the chatbot for illegal or fraudulent purposes, and not to disrupt the service's operations.

AI MESSENGER reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account for non-compliance with the terms of use, and to modify the rates and features of the service at any time.

Termination

Users can terminate their subscription at any time, but the termination will only take effect at the end of the month in which the request is made.

AI MESSENGER reserves the right to terminate the subscription in case of non-compliance with these terms and conditions of use.

Liability

The User acknowledges that AI MESSENGER cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused by the use of the Service.

AI MESSENGER cannot be held responsible for the accuracy or reliability of the information provided by the Service.

Personal data

AI MESSENGER undertakes to protect the personal data of its Users in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

All content present on the AI MESSENGER website, including but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of AI MESSENGER or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

The User may not copy, modify, distribute, display, transmit, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Service, except with the prior written consent of AI MESSENGER.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Use is declared void, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Entire agreement

These Terms and Conditions of Use constitute the entire agreement between AI MESSENGER and the User and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter.

In the event of force majeure, AI MESSENGER shall be entitled to terminate the subscription to the Service without liability.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions of Use, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Any unauthorized use of the Service or its content may infringe upon the intellectual property rights of AI MESSENGER and may result in legal action.
